Welcome to AlphaView AI ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at alphaviewai.com and our desktop application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
AlphaView AI is an AI-powered interview preparation and practice tool. The Service provides real-time transcription, AI-generated answer suggestions, and screen analysis features designed to help users practice and prepare for job interviews.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. User Accounts
- You must create an account using Google Sign-In to access the Service.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Credits & Payments
- The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed based on session duration.
- Free sessions are subject to cooldown periods and usage limits.
- Paid credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law.
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your payment card details.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing purchased credits remain valid.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Share, resell, or redistribute your account or credits to third parties.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service.
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
6. User Responsibility & Disclaimer
You are solely responsible for how you use the Service. AlphaView AI is a practice and preparation tool. We do not encourage, endorse, or condone any dishonest or unethical use of the Service during actual examinations, assessments, or interviews where such assistance is prohibited.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You will comply with all rules, policies, and codes of conduct of any organization, employer, or institution whose interviews or assessments you participate in.
- You bear full responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the Service.
- We are not liable for any disciplinary action, disqualification, termination, or legal consequences resulting from your use of the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content, software, designs, logos, and trademarks associated with AlphaView AI are our exclusive property.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our Service without written permission.
- AI-generated responses provided during sessions are for your personal use only.
8. Privacy & Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
9. Service Availability
- We strive to keep the Service available 24/7, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.
- We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service downtime or interruptions.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated responses.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AlphaView AI, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
- Unused credits may be forfeited upon account termination for Terms violations.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
